TarHeel Weather was developed on May 16th, 2011. The objective here at TarHeel Weather is to inform the public about weather events across Western North Carolina. Blog posts on the Blog page will explain what exactly I am personaly thinking on various weather discussions. Weather forecasts are only valid for the counties in our forecast zone (see image below).
